HELP HER HEAL

Focus :

To provide men recovering from sex addiction practical ways to support their spouse in her healing from betrayal trauma.  The core objective will be learning and communicating empathy, which many addicts struggle with. Skills learned and practiced will include : active listening, supportive dialogue, naming/claiming feelings and mistakes, identifying/reducing shame, de-escalating anger/reactivity, and establishing healthy communication/problem solving.

• 6-week commitment

• Thursdays 11:30AM - 1:00PM - Virtual

• $390 (private pay - no insurance)

• Workbook: Help Her Heal by Carol Juergensen Sheets (not included)
