Assessments

Assessments can be a tool to help us whether we are addicted to sexual behavior or other compulsive actions.
Many people wonder if they truly have an "addiction" or if it is something else.

For those that want to explore this further we have included a link to the SAST and ISST assessments.  Please take a minute to fill them out and see if this can help you decide what course of action would be best for you.

Realizing you have a problem that you can’t change on your own can be stressful, upsetting, and even devastating. It is common to feel shame associated with your addiction (or your partner’s addiction). The best way to reduce that shame and find hope, healing, and recovery is to reach out for help.

The SAST is designed to assist in the assessment of sexually compulsive behavior which may indicate the presence of sex addiction. It takes only 10-15 minutes complete and will give insight into your behavior.

 Sexual Addiction Screening Test (SAST)

The Internet Sex Screening Test asks questions about your sexual thoughts and experiences while using the internet and will help determine the possibility of addictive or problematic behavior.
